EF House

Casa EF is a residence rooted in its landscape, where the presence of olive trees defines both the aesthetic and the functionality of the design. The house revolves around a central axis, from which the design radiates outward, creating a harmonious connection between the different zones while framing views of the vineyard and olive groves.

The central axis not only organizes the layout but also creates an opening that allows for visual and physical continuity between the front and back of the house. The main design strategy emphasizes openings that invite natural light into the interior.

The layout of the house is intentionally divided into two areas: the private area to the west and the guest area to the east, with the central core acting as a unifying element containing shared functions, fostering a sense of connection and spaciousness.

The design and materiality of Casa EF create a serene and balanced atmosphere that respects both the natural landscape and the intimacy of the home.
