The building is a great container of light: it filters, bends, and releases it to shape interiors that are always connected to the outside. From this continuous dialogue between inside and out, the project emerges.
Every activity seeks this continuity, so the envelope becomes a porous skin that both defines and dissolves the boundary with the exterior.
The volume stretches along the site’s longest façade, set back from the party wall to house ramps and vertical cores at each end. Three levels above ground and one below organize the program.
The ground floor, in direct contact with the city, is a solid base; the upper floors, lighter, create their own outdoor thresholds, small extensions of the street. In this way, spaces of relation unfold—from the most intimate to the most public—always guided by a sense of community.
Fundació Amadip Esment dedicates the building to its users, people with disabilities, but also opens it to the neighborhood, blending training, production, and social inclusion into a shared place.
