JGC House
The house's form and position respond to the shape and orientation of the plot, set back from the street and open to breathtaking city views. Each floor establishes its own relationship with the exterior.
The vertical circulation acts as a spine, connecting the spaces on both sides. It is enclosed at the entrance and opens to the landscape views on the upper floor. The windows facing the street frame the views within the solid exterior wall, while towards the interior of the plot, the house opens completely to the city. The weight of the facade disappears, extending to integrate with the landscape and becoming a prominent feature.
