The proposal enhances the existing building, integrating it into the new intervention and strengthening its urban presence through the creation of a new street-facing façade. This new façade reinterprets and repeats the geometry of the current roofs, establishing a formal and landscape dialogue with the natural surroundings and framing views towards the nearby mountains.

The functional organization is based on a grouping of classrooms connected through a gallery that serves as a transitional, social, and ventilated space. This layout allows for great flexibility of use and future adaptability, facilitating possible expansions or reconfigurations according to educational needs.

The proposed construction system is fully industrialized and assembled dry on site, which optimizes execution times and minimizes disturbances during the various construction phases. It is a 100% reusable and demountable system, based on sustainable materials such as steel and wood, with a clear commitment to circularity and the reduction of the ecological footprint.
