Es Trencadors Health Centre

The project stems from the conversion of an old sports field, now intended for public facilities. The building is located in the southwest corner of the site, set back to create a spacious entrance atrium and a welcoming connection with the surrounding public space.

A public parking area is planned on Antoni Galmés Street, and another public-private parking area is planned at the rear, linked to the new road opened as a result of the land readjustment. Pedestrian access is direct from Antoni Galmés Street and from the southern parking area, with a perimeter walkway that incorporates waiting areas and landscaped spaces.

The southern orientation maximizes natural light and the creation of a high-quality plaza and atrium. The courtyard acts as a green lung, providing light, ventilation, and seasonal comfort through native vegetation and deciduous trees. The building's modular design allows for rapid construction, flexible installations, and the possibility of future vertical and horizontal expansion without disrupting the center's operations.
