Day Center and Medical Clinic
The project is organized around two courtyards that act as the building's lungs, providing natural light and ventilation to all the rooms. These courtyards also function as social hubs, generating cross-views and eliminating traditional corridors to create a continuous meeting space.
The complex will be developed in two independent phases: the day center and, as a natural extension, the medical practice, sharing an entrance and reception area to optimize energy and construction resources. The building's orientation allows for setbacks in the glazed facades, using the geometry itself as sun protection on the southeast and southwest sides. Areas requiring greater privacy are illuminated by skylights.
