Building D - Campus Diagonal Besòs

The building designed for the future laboratories on Campus is conceived as two volumes in quiet dialogue.

A garden courtyard between them leads to a gentle lateral entrance, almost ceremonial in character.

Each volume is organized around two cores, creating a peripheral circulation space that embraces a central void.

This open center shapes the different zones and filters the light, softening it before it reaches the innermost research spaces where darkness is essential.
The façade adapts to each orientation, always seeking the best interior comfort and responding precisely to the program held within.
