MDBA is defined by a sensitive and rigorous approach to the research and creation of space. Our work is grounded in harmony, material exploration, and the careful integration of craftsmanship.
Maria Díaz, founder of MDBA, brings over 15 years of professional experience, including a key collaboration with Vicente Guallart. Today, she leads a young, multidisciplinary team composed of architects, designers, and professionals from diverse creative fields.
MDBA’s practice spans a wide range of project types – from new constructions and restorations to interior design—covering all stages from concept to completion. Our work extends across architecture, interiors, furniture, graphic design, and landscaping. Throughout every project, we maintain a strong focus on technical precision, budget control, and regulatory compliance.
