The project is located on a distinctive sloping plot, positioned between the consolidated urban fabric and the surrounding forest landscape. The building is conceived as a permeable volume that adapts to the existing terrain.
Its design is fully based on modularity: 32 structural modules measuring 9 × 9 metres, arranged on a 3 × 3 metre grid. This modular system defines the architecture, enabling different module types and flexible combinations. The resulting configuration creates a fragmented volume with terraces, balconies, and landscaped voids, enhancing landscape integration and providing shared spaces of various scales and social uses.
The result is a modular building that responds to the topography and accommodates a diverse mix of residential units and communal spaces.
